I am trying to log on to the Developer portal (https://tap.sandbox.vms.frcs.org.fj/Home/Login) and getting the following error: 403 - Forbidden: Access is denied.

I have checked my certificates, they are correctly installed and has not expired. 

Can you check and let me know if everything ios ok from your end?

Fiji (FRCS - VMS system) has its own Sandbox environment and therefore you need to also register on it to gain access to their Developer Portal, kindly follow the instructions you have available on the link below:

Dear Sanjay,

The certificate you were using was created before the upgrade done to the global sandbox.

In order to access it you will need to register again and request a new certificate.

The certificate you have is for the global sandbox, not the Fijian sandbox.

You will need to register again regardless,

ok thank you. I am able to access the developer portal now.

Can you confirm that I can sign invoices using the following ESDC Sandbox to sign my invoices to testing purposes?
