Can you confirm when the new VMS will be in production for Fiji Clients?

Do you need vendors to main support for the OLD version for Fiji or Samoa clients?

What is the contact details for Samoa SDC support?

I need the following questions answered:
  1. When is the new version of SDC taking effect
  2. When will the PREVIOUS version stop being supported?
  3. Do vendors need to maintain both versions of SCD or just the current one?

Hi,

Technical and Administrative certification for Fiji has been completed.

Can you confirm if I need to certify V3 for Samoa as well?  If so, can you send me the certificate for logging into https://tap.tims.revenue.gov.ws

Thank you for your question.

Yes, suppose you were one of the developers who received their accreditation on V2 for Samoa (TIMS). In that case, you will need to register in the Developer Portal on the Sandbox environment again and apply to accredit your device for V3.

Here, from Samoa's Inland Revenue Services website, you have all the information you need to understand what changes with V3, as well as access to the Developer Portal, where you would need to register.

Check in this page these two sections:

Accreditations ---- Documentations

Accreditations ---- For Developers or Suppliers or Electronic Fiscal Devices (EFD)

When you successfully register and get approval for your registration, you will automatically receive, in your email, the necessary certificates to log in to the portal:

https://tap.sandbox.taxcore.online/Home/Login

If you are a developer willing to test and accredit your product for the Samoan and Vanuatu market for V3, please access the link below and fill in the form to receive the certificates and be approved and enrolled into the portal:

Kindly follow the instructions that you can find in this article to successfully receive the certificates you need to install and access the platform successfully (you will receive them once you are approved and granted access to the platform):
