Accreditation of a new version is done in the same manner as it is completed the first time:

• On Sandbox environment navigate to: “Developer portal" > "My accreditation", 
• Start a new accreditation
• Select the name of the product for which you want to accredit a new version
• In the field “Software version” fill in the new version of the product

The process of accreditation will remain the same as done previously.
