When it comes to retail having a possible malfunction of their POS, a taxpayer can hold additional spare POS that they will use as a backup, in case a malfunction occurs on one of the active POSes. 

In that case, a taxpayer needs to connect the Secure Element from the malfunctioning POS to the spare POS to continue with their operations.

As alternative, you can use: 

• The TaxCore Free POS mobile application for Android and iOS, provided by the Tax Authority, and downloadable both on PlayStore and AppStore.
• The Web Invoicing option on the Taxpayer Administration Portal (TAP).
