In order to install a PFX digital certificate on a device, a taxpayer has to provide a valid PFX certificate password.

A PFX certificate password is always an 8-character alphanumeric code (upper-case), selected by taxpayers when requesting an additional PFX certificate.

Note: you can choose a password during the request of a PFX certificate. If not, system will generate a random password instead, which you will receive via email, upon approval.
