What do the different types of invoice mean? What about their payment methods?

The currently supported types of invoices in our system are the following:

TYPES OF INVOICES
MEANING
Normal Sale
A sales invoice is a document sent to a customer with a list of products and/or services they have bought and their prices, sales tax, total amount and date before which the customer must pay. They are the most common type of invoice and are used in day-to-day transactions everywhere. This document is considered to be a fiscal invoice.
Normal Refund
A refund invoice is a document representing an amount of money given back to a customer, especially because the customer has paid too much for the products or services listed or because they are not happy with the product or service. It mimics the normal sale invoice it refers to and cancels the previously charged amount. This document is considered to be a fiscal invoice.
Copy Sale
A copy sale is an exact version of another document, in this case, a normal sale invoice, which contains the same information as the original document it represents. This document is not considered to be a fiscal invoice.
Copy Refund
A copy refund is an exact version of another document, in this case, a normal refund invoice, which contains the same information as the original document it represents, it serves also to cancel the previously issued copy sale invoice. This document is not considered to be a fiscal invoice.
Proforma Sale
A proforma sale is a kind of invoice usually delivered to a new customer asking for the payment before goods or services are supplied, they can also be an example of charged prices. This document is not considered to be a fiscal invoice.
Proforma Refund
A proforma refund is a kind of invoice that refunds the previously issued proforma sale, as it cancels the proforma sale it refers to, it needs to also mimic the exact content of the proforma sale invoice it represents. This document is not considered to be a fiscal invoice.
Training Sale
A training sale is a type of invoice that is issued when training new employees in the use of fiscal invoices. Only then, are taxpayers allowed to issue these kinds of invoices, as they help the trainees understand the meaning of fiscal invoices and what should they contain. This document is not considered to be a fiscal invoice.
Training Refund
A training refund is a type of invoice that refunds the previously issued training sale, as it cancels the training sale it refers to. This invoice needs to mimic the training sale invoice it refers to. This document is not considered to be a fiscal invoice.
Advance Sale (for Serbia and RS only)
An advance sale invoice is a type of invoice that is issued when a customer pays (partially or completely) for the service or product before it is provided or delivered. This document is considered to be a fiscal invoice.
Advance Refund (for Serbia and RS only)
An advance refund invoice is a type of invoice that refunds the previously issued advance sale, as it cancels it. This invoice mimics the advance sale invoice it refers to. This document is considered to be a fiscal invoice.

Cash
Money in the form of notes and coins, rather than cheques or credit cards.
Card
A small, rectangular piece of card or plastic, often with your signature, photograph or other information providing who you are, that allows you to do something, such as make a payment, get money from a bank, or enter a particular place.
Check
A printed form, used instead of money, to make payments from your bank account.
Wire Transfer
Wire transfer, bank transfer, or credit transfer, is a method of electronic funds transfer from one person or entity to another. A wire transfer can be made from one bank account to another bank account, or through a transfer of cash at a cash office.
Voucher
A piece of paper that can be used to pay for particular goods or services that allows you to pay less than the usual price for them.
Mobile Money
Mobile money refers to financial transactions and services that can be carried out using a mobile device such as a mobile phone or tablet. These services may or may not be linked directly to a bank account.
Other
This field can be used only in case no other type of payment fits the desired way of payment chosen by the customer.
