If the audit packages are not sent to the Tax Authority due to an internet outage, taxpayer is to keep the data in the internal memory of the E-SDC until the transfer to the Tax Authority is completed. After that, taxpayer has no obligation of keeping the audit packages in the internal memory of taxpayer's E-SDC.

Here are the options that a taxpayer can choose from to transfer the audit packages to the Tax Authority:

• A taxpayer can wait for a restoration of the internet connection (no longer than 5 days)
• Start a local audit and log in to TAP on a location where internet connection is present
• Start a local audit and bring the copied audit data to the nearest Tax Authority office
