Why is my SDC time on an invoice different than the one provided by Dev-ESDC?

Sandbox is a separate environment, the SDC time on your invoices is supposed to match the Central European Time, a Timezone in which Dev-ESDC is located.
The SDC time on an invoice should always match the actual SDC time and should not be tampered with. SDC is the EFD component that keeps track and provides the accurate date and time.
