Can I issue fiscal receipts during an internet outage?

Yes, it is feasible for you to issue fiscal receipts even during an internet outage, moreover it is your legal mandate. According to the fiscal regulations, except for the case of online sales, all taxpayers are obliged to have at least one E-SDC (L-PFR) per selling location. It will record and electronically sign all transactions until the internet connection is restored.
