What am I supposed to do if I lose or damage the Secure Element?

In case of theft, defect or destruction of the Secure Element, the taxpayer needs to inform the Tax Authority about the incident within the legally set timeframe in order for the Secure Element to be deactivated. Please refer to official fiscal regulations for more accurate information.
