Why I'm I getting 403 error when trying to log to portal?

If you are experiencing 403 error, please verify the following:

  1. Check the type of certificate you are using to access the portal
  2. Check if you are using Admin smart card, and not POS smart card
  3. Check if you are using an active Admin smart card and not revoked smart card
  4. Check if you are using Admin smart card for the proper environment - staging requires staging Admin card, and production requires production Admin card
  5. Check if the dialog for selecting the certificate has been closed by mistake, or hasn't showed up at all
  6. Check if the browser has been closed after cache has been cleaned
  7. Check if the dialog for inputing PIN has been closed by mistake, or hasn't showed up at all prior to logging

If possible, send a video/gif showing the steps causing 403 page to appear.
